Ingredients: *Cleavers, *Sarsaparilla Root, *Yellow Dock Root, *Which Hazel Leaf, *Aloe Leaf, *Pau d'Arco Bark, *Skullcap, *Lemon Balm.

How to use: Place one herbal bath tea bag into your warm/hot bath water, let it float  -- get in, steep and relax!  

Each pouch comes with 2 tea bags (unbleached, fully biodegradable).
