Bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia), Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica),Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Copaiba (Copaifera langsdorffii), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Ginger (Zingiber officinale),Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii), Patchouli (Pogostemum cablin), Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), Vitex (Vitex agnus castus), and Ylang (Cananga odorata). Diluted in organic fractionated Coconut oil (Cocos nucifera).
How to use: Apply to pulse points 2x/day and/or inhale from bottle.

I use this every day, twice a day. Cannot go a day without it. Really helps to keep hot flashes minimized.
I am impressed with this product. So far it ha cut my nighttime hot flashes in half. (I have been using it for three nights). When I wake in the night, I add a but more and the lovely soothing scent of bergamot and lavender helps me get back to sleep quickly. Thank you!

I really appreciate the fact that this is all natural and works for me. I have used this every day twice a day for quite some time. I have also given it to a friend of mine that was experiencing night sweats, its helped her out quite a bit and me too. This isn't the only product I have gotten here.
