This toner is not only made with certified organic lavender hydrosol (Lavandula angustifolia), aka hydrolat or floral water, and colloidal silver, but with essential oil of Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii). 

Directions: After cleansing face apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton pad and gently apply all over the face, or spray directly onto face. Allow to dry, and follow with a moisturizer. Apply morning and evening or as needed to rehydrate skin. This is also working as an eye makeup remover: Just spray a few pumps on cotton pad and wipe mascara/eyeshadow off. One wipe, all gone (no stinging)!

I have been using this for over a year now. I spray it a couple of times a day to refresh my face and it feels so soothing and fresh. Love the fragrance as well. Great when traveling.
